1 Definitions

"Platform" means the pikeok website, all associated sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, and any software made available by pikeok for the purpose of accessing gaming services. "Account" means the individual registered user account you hold with pikeok. "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your pikeok Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by pikeok subject to wagering requirements. "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game or sports market through the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pikeok Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pikeok does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all locations from which the Platform may be accessed.

3 Account Security

3.1 You must keep your username, password, and any one-time verification codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 pikeok will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from pikeok that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.3 You agree to log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

3.4 pikeok is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits

4.1 pikeok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a current promotional offer.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered identity, pikeok reserves the right to hold and investigate the funds and may return them to the originating account.

4.3 pikeok does not charge a deposit fee on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions; however, your mobile wallet provider's own applicable charges remain your responsibility.

4.4 Deposit credits are applied to your pikeok Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment gateway. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact pikeok support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.2 pikeok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, public holidays including Eid and Victory Day, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Before a withdrawal can be processed, pikeok may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet account.

5.4 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being approved. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal sum.

5.5 pikeok reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — live casino games typically contribute 10%, slots contribute 100%, and sports bets require minimum odds of 1.80.

6.3 Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a pattern that pikeok determines constitutes bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or structured low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6.4 pikeok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering has commenced in good faith.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 All casino games on pikeok are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

7.2 Sports betting markets are governed by the pikeok Sports Betting Rules. In the event of a void market — due to postponement, abandonment, or data feed error — stakes will be returned to your Account Balance at the original odds.

7.3 pikeok uses live data feeds from independent providers for in-play cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. While every effort is made to ensure data accuracy, pikeok is not liable for temporary feed delays or discrepancies between broadcast coverage and the in-play market state.

7.4 Obvious pricing errors — where a market has been offered at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault — will be voided. Stakes will be returned to the player's Account Balance.

7.5 Winnings on any single bet or game session may be subject to a maximum payout cap, which varies by game and market type and is displayed within the relevant game interface or market detail page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pikeok platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account, either personally or in collaboration with another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 pikeok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed.

9.2 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pikeok support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pikeok will process any eligible balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements and verification checks being satisfied.

9.3 pikeok will close any Account where the account holder is confirmed to have passed away, upon receipt of appropriate documentation from the legal next of kin, and will transfer the eligible balance in accordance with applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the pikeok Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, page layouts, text, data, and software — is the intellectual property of pikeok or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of pikeok.

10.2 Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by pikeok under valid licensing arrangements.

11 Limitation of Liability
